George Joseph oversees Croker’s diverse Architectural and Engineering services division which includes (but is not limited to) the creation of floor plans, fire protection plans and standpipe/sprinkler riser diagrams. To help facilitate the FDNY acceptance process, Croker’s architectural and engineering team provides a review of floor plan documents to ensure that the floor plans meet current submission requirements. Croker’s Architectural and Engineering Services division also works in a consulting capacity offering guidance and instruction while diligently providing a variety of solutions to accomplish these industry requirements. George Joseph’s proficiency and attention to detail are integral to the advancement of Croker’s Architectural and Engineering division.
